/ J ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHIC A GO:
SECTION 1. Title 17, of the Municipal Code of Chicago - the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications, as shown on Map No. 3-G, in the area bounded by
West Cortez Street; a line 591 feet east of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Cortez Street; and a line 567 feet east of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue,
to those of an RM-4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
