RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Walter A. "Butz" Kienzle to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Walter A. "Butz" Kienzle, Age 89, Retired Sgt. CPD, WWII Naval veteran. Beloved husband ofthe late Laraine M. (nee Fleming); loving father of Jimmy (Joan), Tommy (Sharon), Ellen (Jack) Parisi, Kris (Jim) Dispensa and Danny CPD (Mary Beth) Kienzle; proud grandfather of 13; cherished greatgrandfather of 9; loving uncle and friend to many. Walter A. "Butz" Kienzle leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this seventeenth day of January, 2013, hereby express our sorrow on the death of Walter A. "Butz" Kienzle and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Walter A. "Butz" Kienzle.
