ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 through 7 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (38.40), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 24, 2006 at page 77242, with the following underscored text:
4-60-022 (38.40) On the north side of Belmont Avenue, from Major Avenue to Marmora Avenue (extended).
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (38.21), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of November 15, 2012 at page 42198, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (38.21) On the south side of Irving Park Road, from Neenah Avenue to Oak Park Avenue.
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (38.25), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of February 9, 2005 at page 42245, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (38.25) On the south side of Irving Park Road, from Oketo Avenue to Oriole Avenue.
SECTION 5. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (38.59), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of September 8, 2010 at page 99250, with the following underscored text:
4-60-023 (38.59) On Central Avenue, from Berteau Avenue to Montrose Avenue.
SECTION 6. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (38.62), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 25, 2012 at page 31355, with the following...
