SOUTH ARCHER AVENUE; A LINE 150 FEET EAST OF AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH HOMAN AVENUE; THE ALLEY NEXT SOUTH OF SOUTH ARCHER AVENUE; AND, SOUTH HOMAN AVENUE

To those of an C2-2 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
