BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
 
 
 
SECTION 1.   Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of
Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 111th & Michigan Currency Exchange, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to the parking facilities for 11055 South Michigan Avenue.

Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass An ordinance authorizing and directing the Department of Transportation to exempt 111TH & MICHIGAN CURRENCY EXCHANGE,  LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to the parking facilities located at 11055 South Michigan Avenue.    This ordinance was referred to the Committee on April 10, 2013.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
