BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the

Pat Dowel I Alderman, 3rd Ward

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Lapwing LLC of 6225 North Hermitage, Chicago, IL 60660- 1109 from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise address: 4400 South Calumet Avenue.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
