BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing 15 Minute Loading Zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

"North Clark Street

(east side) from a point 125 feet south of West Menomonee Street (1750 N Clark Street), to a point 25 feet south thereof - 15 Minute Loading Zone, Unattended vehicles must have light flashing, tow away zone after 15 minutes -6:00 PM to 2:00 AM - Thursday through Saturday

LOADING ZONE"

and inserting in lieu thereof: "North Clark Street

(east side) from a point 125 feet south of West Menomonee Street (1750 N Clark Street), to a point 75 feet south thereof - 15 Minute Loading Zone, Unattended vehicles must have light flashing, tow away zone after 15 minutes -5:00 AM to 10:00 PM - Monday through Friday - and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM - Saturday through Sunday

LOADING ZONE"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
