CITY COUNCIL MEETING JULY 28, 2011

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management is hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing water and sewer assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Daughters of St. Mary of Providence long term care facility located at 4252 N. Austin Avenue, Chicago, IL 60634.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after passage.
