AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF VR ONE ENTERPRISE, INC FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING

FACILITIES AT 4233-4245 N. Elston Ave.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt VR ONE ENTERPRISE, INC, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4233-4245 N. Elston Ave.
