RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members ofthe Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Betty J Cade in honor of her 75^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf ofthe entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez
would like to extend his personal tribute to Betty J Cade on the
occasion" of this momentous occasibhlasTecognTti^                     a stellar

Resident of the City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Betty J Cade has been a member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community for the last ten years, a constituency we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members ofthe Chicago City Council, gathered here this 17th of January 2018 A.D., do hereby congratulate Betty J Cade on the occasion of her birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Betty J Cade for her continued good health, happiness and success following this, her 75^th Birthday; and,
