Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 345 N. MORGAN, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use seven (7) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 349 N. Morgan St
Said Caisson(s) at N. MORGAN STREET measure(s):
One (1) at six point two five (6.25) feet in length, and one point one seven (1.17) foot in width for a total of seven point three one (7.31) square feet.
One (1) at seven point three nine (7.39) feet in length, and one point six two (1.62) foot in width for a total of eleven point nine seven (11.97) square feet.
One (1) at seven point seven five (7.75) feet in length, and one point eight five (1.85) foot in width for a total of fourteen point three four (14.34) square feet.
One (1) at eight point zero eight (8.08) feet in length, and two point zero six (2.06) feet in width for a total of sixteen point six four (16.64) square feet.
One (1) at seven point seven seven (7.77) feet in length, and two point zero two (2.02) feet in width for a total of fifteen point seven (15.7) square feet.
One (1) at six point two one (6.21) feet in length, and one point four eight (148) foot in width fora total of nine point one nine (9.19) square feet.
One (1) at two point six (2.6) feet in length, and two point zero four (2.04) feet in width for a total of five point three (5.3) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
