MEMORIAL RESOLUTION
 
 
WHEREAS, Sister Jane Maria Andrzejczk, C.S.S.F., was called by God to her eternal reward on February 5, 2013, at Our Lady of the Angels Convent; and
 
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of her passing by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
 
WHEREAS, Sister Jane Maria Andrzejczk was an active and vital member of her community. The beloved daughter of the late Michael and Anna and stepfather Anthony Danielak; beloved sister of Anthony (the late Evelyn), the late Mary (the late Andrew) Wolny, the late Roman (the late Norma), the late Joseph (the late Angeline), and the late Chester (the late Marian) and Julie; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews, Sister Jane Maria leaves a legacy of faith, compassion, dignity and love; and
 
WHEREAS, Sister Jane Maria, a beloved member of the Felician Sisters Community for sixty-nine years, will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character, faith, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore,
 
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago, gathered here this thirteenth day of February 2013, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Sister Jane Maria Andrzejczk and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Sister Jane Maria Andrzejczk.
