BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.   Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Wilmot Construction Inc. 3087 - 3089 North Avers Avenue / 3090 - 3094 North Milwaukee Avenue

from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise(s) address.
