RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Danute M. Jonikas Vidziunas to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Danute M. Jonikas Vidziunas, passed to eternal life on February 12, 2016. Formerly of Brighton Park and currently of West Law. Beloved wife and best friend of George. Cherished mother of Ramunas and Dainius (Delia). Dear grandmother of John, Alex, Peter, Kristina, Viktoria, Maria, and John. Member of the Daughters of Lithuania. Danute M. Jonikas Vidziunas leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this sixteenth day of March, 2016, do hereby express our sorrow on the death Danute M. Jonikas Vidziunas and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Danute M. Jonikas Vidziunas.
