ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single Unit ( Detached House) District and B1-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map no. 30-F in the area bound by
West 119 Street; A line 206.58 feet West of and Parallel to South Princeton Avenue, a line 56.58 feet West of and parallel to South Princeton Avenue, the public alley next South of and parallel to West 119th Street
To those of a C2-1 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District is hereby established in the above area described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
