ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 24-F in the area bound by:

West 97^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 97.2 feet south of and parallel to West 97^th Street; and South Halsted Street,

to those of an C1-1, Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
