SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER CHARGE REFUND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago

LOPEZ, MARIA T is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge

Refund for the premises located at 4210 N NATCHEZ, #413, Chicago IL 60634 for the year

2013.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
