ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the RS3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-M in the area bound by.

a line 33 feet north of and parallel to |the northern right-of-way line of the Belt Railway of Chicago; South Meade Avenue; the northern right-of-way line of the Belt Railway of Chicago; and, a line 133.72 feet west of and parallel to South Meade Avenue

to those of a RS2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
