RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Richard H. Mallary Jr. has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 39 to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Richard H. Mallary Jr.; beloved husband of Elsa nee Perez; devoted son of the late Richard Sr. and late Emily Malllary; loving brother of Ralph (Karen) Caliendo, Lisa (late Bria) DeNormandie, Joe Caliendo and Tim Mallary; cherished uncle of Ralph III, Sara, Brian and Amy; adored great-uncle of Sofia and Athena; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Richard H. Mallary Jr. to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-six of January 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Richard and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Richard.
