RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Bernice T. Lakomy to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Bernice T. (nee Jarosz) Age 92, Chicago, IL, October 24, 2012. Beloved wife ofthe late Stanley; loving mother of Jeffrey and Thomas (Patricia); cherished grandmother of Katie, Michael and Margaret; dear sister of Louise Skora, Julie (George) Pesek and late Stella, Nick, Ann, Rose, Joe, Pete and John; fond aunt of many. Bernice T. Lakomy leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this fifteenth day of November, 2012, do hereby express our sorrow on the death Bernice T. Lakomy and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Theresa V. Totos.
