BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for HOTEL on 06/28/2017, and printed upon page 51585 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "HOTEL" and inserting in their place the words "OQ 168 NM PROPCO, LLC"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
