BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

Section 1:

 

 

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for CAFE EL TAPATIO on 04/15/2015, and printed upon page 107041 ofthe Journal of Proceedings ofthe City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "nine (9) feet in width, for a total of five hundred sixty-seven (567) square feet, Compensation: $623.70" and inserting in their place the words "ten (10) feet in width, for a total of six hundred thirty (630) square feet, Compensation: $693.00"

 

 

Section 2:

 

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use ofthe public right-of-way for a sidewalk cafe(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center - Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council. Because this request was made for properties located in your ward, as approved by you as per the attached, 1 respectfully request that you introduce the attached ordinance at the next City Council meeting.
