BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing "No Parking Tow Zone" in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

'North State PKWY

(east side) from a point 90 feet south of E. Banks St. (the curb cut opening) to a point 40 feet south thereof (the end of the curb cut) - No Parking Tow Zone -24 hrs - All Days

TOW ZONE"

and inserting in lieu thereof: "North State PKWY

(east side) from a point 90 feet south of E. Banks St. (the curb cut opening) to a point 40 feet south thereof (the end of the curb cut) - 15 Minute Loading Zone, Unattended vehicles must have lights flashing, tow away zone after 15 minutes

LOADING ZONE"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after

its passage and publication.
