Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to REHABILITATION INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one hundred thirty (130) Conduit(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 630 N. Mcclurg Ct
Said Conduit(s) at Erie measure(s):
Ten (10) at thirty-three point one seven (33.17) feet in length, and point one three (.13) feet in width for a total of forty-three point one two (43.12) square feet.
Ten (10) at thirty-nine point six seven (39.67) feet in length, and point one three (.13) feet in width for a total of fifty-one point five seven (51.57) square feet.
Ten (10) at ten point four two (10.42) feet in length, and point one three (. 13) feet in width for a total of thirteen point five five (13.55) square feet.
Said Conduit(s) at McClurg measure(s):
Ten (10) at six (6) feet in length, and point one three (.13) feet in width for a total of seven point eight (7.8) square feet.
Forty (40) at five (5) feet in length, and point one three (.13) feet in width for a total of twenty-six (26) square feet. Said Conduit(s) at Ontario measure(s):
