Section 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on 9/1/04, printed on page #30199 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date,

amending a loading zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by

striking there from, the following:

W DEVON AV N/S FAP 96' EAST OF N ROCKWELL TAP 35' EAST THEREOF: NO PARKING LOADING ZONE 9AM TO 10PM TOW ZONE

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

and publication.
