BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing "Loading Zone" in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

"North Wells Street      (east side) from a point 280 feet

north of West North Ave Street (At the Fire Hydrant), to a point 60 feet north thereof (Light Pole) - Loading Zone, Unattended vehicles must have lights flashing, tow away zone after 15 minutes - 7:00 AM to 1:00PM -Monday through Saturday LOADING ZONE"

and inserting in lieu thereof: "North Wells Street

(east side) from a point 220 feet north of West North Ave Street (At the Curb Cut) to a point 60 feet north thereof (Fire Hydrant) -Loading Zone, Unattended vehicles must have lights flashing, tow away zone after 15 minutes - 7:00 AM to 1:00PM -Monday through Saturday LOADING ZONE"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after

its passage and publication.
