Illinois Franklin Associates, LLC

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Sections 10-20-430 and 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Illinois Franklin Associates, LLC, their successors, assigns and designees and the owners and successor owners of the property located at 220-228 West Illinois Street from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for such property or prohibiting alley access to any parking lot or garage if the capacity at that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces.
