BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Steppenwolf Theatre Company, an Illinois not for profit corporation, of 758 West North Avenue, Chicago, Illinois from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the property located at 1700 North Halsted.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
