BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago for HOTEL LINCOLN PARK OWNER, LLC on 10/03/2012, and printed upon page 35744 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "HOTEL LINCOLN PARK OWNER, LLC" and inserting in their place the words "HOTEL LINCOLN"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
