BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

Penelope Vamava Learn Chartered School Network of 3021 W. Fulton , from the

provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress

parking facilities for Premise Address.

SECTION2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication
