AMEND LOADING ZONES:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1.

Repeal ordinance passed September 27, 2007 page 9591 which reads: N. Claremont Avenue (west side) from a point 20 feet south of W. North Avenue to a point 25 feet south thereof, 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., Tow Zone - 10-01767573 - PO2010-6021 (1^st Ward);

SECTION 2.

Repeal ordinance passed July 10, 1996 page 25137 which reads: N. Rush Street (east side) from a point 50 feet north of E. Walton Street to a point 35 feet north thereof, No Parking Loading Zone 11:30 A.M. to 5:30 A.M. Tow Zone - 10-01903120 - 02010-5977 (42^nd Ward);

SECTION 3.

Repeal ordinance passed January 12, 2000 page 24109 which reads: W. Thorndale Avenue (south side) from N. Broadway to the first alley east thereof, No Parking Loading Zone 5:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Saturdays June 1 to November 1, Tow-Zone --10-00036482 - 02010-6989 (48^th Ward);

SECTION 4.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
