BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on March 23,1994, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 47229 of the Journal of Proceedings]:

"West Columbia Avenue                     from North Sheridan Road to the first alley

east thereof on both sides of the street (1146 West Columbia Avenue to 1200 West Columbia Avenue) - Residential parking zone 56."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
