PARKING LIMITED DURING SPECIFIED HOURS
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the operator of a vehicle shall not park such vehicle upon the following public way in the areas indicated during the hours specified:
 
WARD      PARKING LIMITED:
 
1      W. Cortez Street (north side) from a point 48 feet west of N.
Campbell Avenue to a point 110 feet west thereof: Two Hour Parking, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Saturday and Sunday -12-00130529 [02011-10216]
 
1      N. Campbell Avenue (both sides) from W. Cortez to W. Thomas:
Two Hour Parking, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Saturday and Sunday -12-00130607 [02011-10217]
23      S. Kildare Avenue (east side) from W. 55th Street to the first alley
north thereof: Two Hour Diagonal Parking, All Days, All Times -11-04150968 [02011-8148]
 
WARD      AMEND PARKING LIMITED:
 
39      Repeal ordinance passed November 15, 1968, journal page
3795-3796, which reads: N. Hiawatha Avenue from N. Cicero Avenue to the Edens Expressway, parking of vehicles prohibited, 9:00AM to 4:00PM, except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays by striking above - 11-04163127 [02011-9359]
 
 
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its
passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and amend parking restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.
 
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
