ORDERED,   That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 4000 block of West Dickens Avenue, from North Karlov Avenue to North Keystone Avenue (both sides), Sunday through Saturday, during the hours of 6:00 pm through 6:00 am.
