ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 7-1 in the area bounded by:
West Diversey Avenue; North Fairfield Avenue; a line 50.04 feet south of and parallel to the south line of West Diversey Avenue; and a line 125.76 feet west of and parallel to the west line of Fairfield Avenue,
to those of Cl-1 Neighborhood Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
