Your Committee on Transportation and Public Way begs leave to report and recommend that Your Honorable Body pass An ordinance authorizing and directing the Commissioner of Transportation to honorarily designate Lawndale Avenue from 3400 South to 3500 South as "Frank Earullo,  Jr.  Place" that was passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago on July 6,  2011,  and printed upon page 3482 of the C.J.P.  of the City of Chicago is hereby repealed. This ordinance was referred to the Committee on October 3, 2012.
This recommendation was concurred unanimously by a viva voce vote of the members of the Committee with no dissenting vote.
