ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Residential Business Planned Development #975 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-H in the area bounded by

The southwest boundary line of the Chicago Transit Authority ("C.T.A.") Railroad right-of-way line; North Leavitt Street; North Winnebago Avenue; a line 653.40 feet northwest of the west boundary line of North Leavitt Street (as measured along the northeast line of North Winnebago Avenue),

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
