BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the City Council on June 19, 2002, printed on page 88724 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date, establishing a Loading Zone in designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

N. Elston Avenue (east side) from a point 50 feet north of N. Hamlin Avenue to a point 45 feet north thereof: Loading Zone - 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Monday through Saturday - Tow Zone
