ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1: Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Oakwood Shores Phase 2D from requiring barriers for premise addresses listed as follows:

615, 619, 623, and 627 East 38^th Place

630 and 636 East 38^lh Street

720 and 726 East 38^th Street

811, 815, 821, and 825 East 38^th Place

830, 832, and 836 East 38^th Street

3744 and 3754 South Ellis Avenue

3825 South Vincennes Avenue

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
