ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-H in the area bounded by

A line 209.8 feet northeasterly of the north boundary line of West 35 Street;(as measured along the southeasterly line of South Archer Avenue); the public alley next southeast of and parallel to South Archer Avenue; a line 159.8 feet northeasterly of the north boundary line o f West 35^th Street (as measured along the southeast boundary line of South Archer Avenue); South Archer Avenue,

to those of a C2-2 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
