ORDINANCE
 
 
WHEREAS, The City Council of Chicago by ordinance passed December 14, 2005 and published at page 67164 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council of that date, prohibited parking of commercial trucks on private residential property applicable only within the limits of the 50th Ward; and
WHEREAS, The 50th Ward Alderman is desirous of deleting this prohibition; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. The Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting section 9-64-
115.
 
0-64-115 Parking prohibited for commercial vehicles in residential zones.
Commercial vehicles shall not be permitted to park on property designated for residential use except for temporary parking for deliveries and by repairmen's vehicles working on the premises.
