ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.    Pursuant to section 9-72-030, the City Council hereby authorizes the Commission of Transportation to prohibit the operation of trucks or other commercial vehicles weighing more than 5 tons and to erect the appropriate signage to give notice thereof on the following streets:

A.    Damen Avenue from 94^h Street to 95'" Street;

B.    Leavitt Street from 94''' Street to 95 ^h Street; and

C.   91* Street from Oakley Avenue to Western Avenue. SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
