ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 2700 block of North Whipple Street., on both sides of the street, beginning at 2700 and up to 2755 North Whipple Street., between Diversey Ave, and Schubert St., All Days, All Times.
