BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That and ordinance passed by the City Council on April 9, 2003,

printed on page 106,654 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of said date, establishing a

loading zone at 2005 W. Argyle St. be and the same is hereby amended by striking

there from, the following:

West Argyle Street (south side) from a point 20 feet west of North Damen Avenue, to a point 25 feet west thereof - loading zone / tow-away zone -8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. - Monday through Saturday (03-00262745);

and inserting in lieu thereof:

West Argyle Street (south side) from a point 20 feet west of North Damen Avenue, to a point 20 feet west thereof - loading zone / tow-away zone -8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. - Monday through Saturday (03-00262745);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
