BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That and ordinance passed by the City Council on December 12,

2007, printed on page 17,529 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of said date, establishing a

loading zone at 4905 N Lincoln Ave. be and the same is hereby amended by striking

there from, the following:

North Lincoln Avenue (east side) from a point 275 Feet south of West Argyle Street, to a point 42 feet south thereof - loading zone - 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. -Monday through Saturday - tow-away zone (07-01840868)

and inserting in lieu thereof:

North Lincoln Avenue (east side) from a point 275 Feet south of West Argyle Street, to a point 20 feet south thereof - loading zone - 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. -Monday through Saturday - tow-away zone (07-01840868)

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
