ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 2852 -1 Permit No. 1075528
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for M-K SIGNS on 07/09/2008, and printed upon page 32975 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words
"SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to M-K SIGNS, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use two (2) sign(s) projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 4900 N. Elston Ave
Said sign structure(s) measures as follows along N. Elston Avenue:
Two (2) at seven (7) feet in length, four (4) feet in height and ten (10) feet above
grade level.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints hereto attached, which by reference are hereby incorporated and made a part of this ordinance.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Office of Emergency Management and Communications.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-075 of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1075528 herein granted the sum of six hundred ($600.00) per annum in advance."
and inserting in their place the words
"SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to M-K SIGNS, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use one (1) sign projecting over the public right-of-way attached to its premises known as 4900 N. Elston Ave
