RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Theresa V. Totos to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman ofthe 13th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Theresa V. "Terry" (nee Bokowy) Age 81; Beloved wife of the late Bernard B."Bernie"; Loving mother of Regina M. (George) Traub, Bart R. (Tanja), Mark A. (Deborah A., O.D.) and the late Michael; Dearest grandmother of Richard, Timothy, Joseph, Jacob, Angela, Tracy (Richard) and John (Xhail); Great-grandma of Jesse, Devin, Branden, Ryan, Ellie, Samantha, John and Ava; Fond sister of Marie (the late Bill) Lynch, Lillian (Dan) Wrobel, the late Frank, Steve (the late Cecile), Chester (the late Ethel Mae); Sister-in-law of Gloria (the late Anthony) and Elizabeth Dixon; Aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews. Member of St. Symphorosa Altar & Rosary and Senior Super Club. Theresa V. Totos leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe Chicago City Council gathered here this fifteenth day of November, 2012, do hereby express our sorrow on the death Theresa V. Totos and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family of Theresa V. Totos.
