AMENDED V ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and Bl-5 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-G in the area bounded by

A line 249.70 feet north of and parallel to West Argyle Street; the north/south public alley next east of and parallel to North Sheridan Road; West Argyle Street; and North Sheridan Road

to those of a B2-5, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
