STJBSTTTUTE ORDINANCE Application No. 17626

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of ihe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance-, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and-Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on map No. 4-1 in the area bounded by:

West 21^st Street; a line 393.5 feet east of and parallel to South Marshall Boulevard (Soufo Douglas Park Boulevard); the public alley next north of and parallel to West 21" Street; a line 443.5 feet east of and parallel to South Marshall Boulevard (South Douglas Park Boulevard);

to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.
