BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1.1-H in the area described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the center line of North Hermitage Avenue, 88.12 feet south of the south line of West Belle Plaine Avenue; thence west and parallel to the south line of West Belle Plaine Avenue a distance of 135 feet; thence north a distance of 20.00 feet; thence west a distance of 57.00 feet; thence northwest a distance of 17.04 feet to a point 205.00 feet west of the center line of North Hermitage Avenue and 57.12 feet south of the south line of West Belle Plaine Avenue; thence south a distance of 161.54 feet; thence east a distance of 205.00 feet thence north along the center line of North Hermitage Avenue, a distance of 130.54 feet to the point of beginning

to those of a B2-5 Neighborhood Mixed Use District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
